Students of the Food Technology Program participated in a technical visit to Birsan Birlik Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. to enhance their professional knowledge and gain practical experience in the food industry.
The technical visit, coordinated by Lecturer Yasemen Öztürken, provided students with the opportunity to observe food production processes and industrial applications firsthand. Company representatives introduced the students to various stages of production, quality control procedures, hygiene practices, packaging operations, and storage processes.
Through this on-site learning experience, students were able to reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired in their courses by observing real-world industrial practices. Throughout the visit, they also gained valuable insights into the technologies used in food production and the overall organization and management of manufacturing operations.
