Establishment and Campus

Zile Vocational School was established in 1989 under Sivas Cumhuriyet University and became affiliated with Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University in 1992.

Since 1998, the Vocational School has continued its educational activities at the Prof. Dr. Mümtaz Turgut Topbaş Campus, which is situated on a 100-decare (approximately 247-acre) campus.

Today, Zile Vocational School provides education to 831 students through 6 departments and 8 academic programs, maintaining its mission of educating qualified professionals for the workforce.

Laboratory Facilities

Our Vocational School offers modern laboratories that enable students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical applications.

• Computer Programming Laboratory: Equipped with 23 computers, fiber-optic internet access, and a multimedia projection system.
• Computer-Aided Applications Laboratory: A 22-computer laboratory with internet access primarily used by the Department of Economics and Administrative Programs.
• Computer Laboratory: A laboratory with 23 computers serving the technical programs.
• Drawing Studio: A shared technical drawing classroom used by students of the technical programs.
• Food Technology Laboratory: A fully equipped laboratory where Food Technology students conduct practical and laboratory-based courses.

Accommodation

Students have access to on-campus accommodation facilities, including:

• A 350-bed female dormitory
• A 320-bed male dormitory

In addition, several private dormitories and boarding facilities are available in the center of Zile for students seeking alternative accommodation.
